Pros

The company's industry was very competitive, many times the work can be based purely on luck and some reasons were better than others.

Cons

Expect to work 10-hour days 6 days a week or not sleep if that's what it takes. And have your work ripped to shreds no matter how much of it you put in. The managers will train you until they felt threatened and would start throwing you under the bus every chance they would get.

Nice coworkers, good management, new places, and people to meet. I feel like I am part of the team and I can always count on someone for assistance. Everyone is ready to teach and I am constantly polishing my skills.

The atmosphere is productive and fun and you will learn a lot about the hospitality industry here. The management is approachable and understanding. The pace of industry standards.
