Pros

I have been with the company for over 3 years and I love it here. The job is paid higher than others, ability to work from home, pay increases every 6 months (and 90 days), they pay you MORE for doing your job well! As long as you show up on time, pay attention and do your job, you will have no issues. Management is kind and always there to help, even though we work from home, we still feel connected and supported. If you are a hard, reliable worker, you will love it here.

Pros

There’s a sense of teamwork, dare I call it family. Leadership is supportive and they frequently roll up their selves when required.

Cons

Since it’s a relatively small company, the compensation is slightly lower and the cost for benifits is a bit of an issue but there are paths to grow and develop..and increase earnings potential
