The development team seeks market driven insight to develop top quality solutions. The annual Sales summit is always informative and fun. My peers have diverse and interesting educational and professional backgrounds.

Cons

Pay could be more competitive, however the work life balance (unlimited PTO) somewhat makes up for this. The industry we sell into is prone to boom and bust cycles.
