      Pros

      Competitive and engaging work environment. Everyone is talented and pushing themselves to be better and hit goals. The the Sandler Sales training and opportunities to continuously grow your skills is a major advantage. Opportunities to advance in your career are available if you are willing to take advantage. There is a strong social bond in the sales organization and victories are always celebrated.

      Cons

      The focus on growth and hitting the numbers week after week, month after month, and quarter after quarter can be exhausting. While success is rewarded and celebrated, the drive to hit goals created by management just never seems to slow down and can wear you down over time.

      I could not agree more with your assessment of our culture – healthy with respect for all! That said, there are areas we can improve, and we work hard to make sure we have a pulse on employee engagement and that we tackle the things that matter most. Improving communication, for example is an area of focus that will never be “done” but where we have made significant improvement. We will continue to work toward providing an environment where people are challenged and happy.
