Pros

Ability for almost all employees to work remotely if they want, great benefits, good feedback from management, very engaged workforce and overall great company. I also really feel like they take any feedback seriously which is really nice to see that a company is actually paying attention to their employees.

Cons

There has been some growing pains along the way but most issues are addressed in a timely manner.

The talent is top tier and the culture is incredible. The experience and access to Industry executives is unparalleled. One day you're on a call with a hedge fund the next with the COO of XYZ resources. It truly was an amazing experience and I highly recommend the Intelligence Team to anyone looking to apply.

Cons

Salary for the amount of work you do sometimes is not worth it. You could easily make 50% more working for a bank. Hours can be long (60 minimum to 100/week).
