      Pros

      Drillinginfo has a very energetic staff many of whom care about products and the concept of the company. The CEO of the company is intelligent and fun loving genius.

      Cons

      Despite a much beloved CEO, there are some real cut throat people at the VP level. Who care more about there personal power base then the company as a whole. Upper level politics can be a real pain here as the CEO does not always put his trust in the best people.

      Pros

      Good people and that's about it I guess. They don't pay much either. It's nice cause you get to work and live in Austin

      Cons

      Bad ideas, very narrow minded, don't think long term or bigger scale Supposed to be engineering company but all I see them doing is making maps

      Pros

      Management has a good vision for what they are trying to accomplish. Extremely smart people anywhere you look. They are continuously churning out innovations in the software for the O&G industry that is second to none! They believe in work hard, play hard.

      Cons

      Most sales folks have no idea what their commissions will look like until 2 days before or the day they get paid.
