Autonomy, trust (no robust review steps in place), pre-pandemic perks like massages, good health benefits, ability to negotiate incentive bonuses if you have large projects ahead of you, opportunity to grow
Cons
Frequent fire drills and rushed deadlines, not enough investment in talent and systems - they would prefer to hire 10 lower paid transactional employees compared to 3 talented professionals that can transform the company for the better, promises to implement software but no progress is made so too much manual intervention required which leads to errors and time wasted. Some leaders are talented whereas others are complete duds, so very dependent on which team you are placed.
