      Lots of churn, pay lags other similar roles, leadership doesn't seem to have a good handle on direction

      - People are smart, approachable, nice, and really want to have fun (e.g. sort of work hard, play hard motto) - Projects are exciting and offer plenty of room to grow or expand on a variety of technical and soft skills. - Working hours are flexible and remote work is still alive!!

      Cons

      -compensation is a bit lower compared to market standards -very high turnover rate, employees leave for better money
