1. The company will mention it is remote while people joins organization and the next days managers torchers you to come to office every 2-3 days a week. They probably don't understand the difference between remote vs hybrid. 2. Notice period : 90 days. They will terminate employees with out giving notice period and when someone resigned asks for notice period reduction even for 1-2 days the company policy won't allow them. 3. No job security You can be fired any time 4. Bad work culture. They will take resources who can't even write hellow world program in USA, and assign them to Indian counter parts to train. You need to spend late nights doing your job, teaching them basics of what is a computer, and then also do their job. Of course it is your fault the new joiner is seeing a key board and mouse for the first time. 5. Frequent change of management and managers who have no idea what they are doing
