3yI am sincerely sorry to hear this about your experience. Your perspective is very important, and your words have deeply impacted me. I truly would have hoped for and continue to hope for the opportunity to understand more about these instances you’ve mentioned so I encourage you to do more than simply post on social media. We take claims of harassment and discrimination very seriously and would greatly appreciate more information about any specific instances you may have experienced. Unfortunately, none of these issues were raised to me, the managers or our Human Resources Professional. We have always encouraged colleagues and/or team members to speak up when issues arise so we can address them immediately before they become more serious. Each of us are empowered and encouraged to do so to ensure the culture of trust, respect, and wellness that we value is maintained. Please consider reaching out to me directly or anyone in management with whom you’d feel most comfortable as a new trajectory can always be plotted. For instance, we have heard from the team that providing perks such as paid lunches with teaching and learning opportunities and team building events are add value to the team collaboration and individual experience. We pride ourselves in maintaining a very diverse, inclusive team of associates who have passion and excitement for what they do. We also strive to have a competitive salary and bonus structure for the industry and encourage individuals to be open about their pay expectations prior to and during their employment. Our company culture is incredibly important to us and working together to communicate and support a balance of wellness and productivity is a top priority. I understand we always have opportunity to improve and would appreciate your or any of our team member’s partnership in creating a great place to work.
