Pros

Flexible hours. Were allowed to work from home. A lot of employee events. Monthly cookies and chit chats with the CEO.

Cons

Did not like the amount of PTO given. No 401k company match when I was there. I didn't care for their flat management structure

Lack of decision making - Input/fact finding thru committee is fine, need to have decisions made after input

Pros

Family like atmosphere, fantastic culture, love the flexibility: naming your own hours, making up time when needed instead of dipping into your vacation time. No "management", team members have a lot of autonomy. CEO listens and cares about employee's ideas, feelings and problems.

Cons

Still a lot of growing to do, a lot of processes and roles and responsibilities still yet to be defined.
