A great set of people to work with

Pros

The people here are generally the best you will ever meet. Most are very willing to lend a hand when needed in just about any way possible. Also there is generally a sense of great friendship and loyalty to each other. This is something that I h ave not witnessed in any other place I have worked before.

Cons

Leadership has been very shaky for the past couple of years and some decisions have left many people questioning if it is time to move on or if the Company will even be around in the near future. This is also mainly due to the corporate buyout and subsequent takeover of the former client and now parent company. That alone has contributed to most of the churn and turmoil that the company has been witnessing.

Pros

flexible work hours and arrangements, good work life balance, family oriented culture, CEO that seems to genuinely care about the employees

Cons

There has been a lot of organizational changes (leadership and teams) in the past 6 months so if working at a place with frequent changes is not your thing then look elsewhere.

We invite you to attend our Wednesday Chat meetings when there is often talk about how we are doing as a company, and welcome you to ask or share anything at all! With defined 2016 and 2025 goals, we feel we are moving in the right direction to provide short and long term clarity in our strategies, but understand we can still improve in our consistency in communication. We would welcome your input and suggestions in any of our open forum meetings!
