Terrible pay and constant lay offs. You spend every day wondering if another lay off is happening or a "restructure" that requires downsizing corporate employees. They brag about how well they are doing financially and how much they care, but there are major layoffs every couple months. They pile on the workload to others who survive the layoff, but then ask what they do all day and why they cant take on more. They never give bonuses or decent raises. No cost of living raises. They dont even try to move you into another position, they just hand you your severance package. No stability, growth, and little long term retention.

Dishonest pay. You will NOT get the hourly wage you are told you will get by recruiter instead they will pay you based on some low base salary around $80k then anything over a set amount of hours worked will be considered “premium pay” which will be the actual hourly rate you are told in recruiting. Oh this “premium pay” is only paid out once a month on a random check. Dont expect to get paid what you actually work for in a work week because it won’t happen Also there is literally zero feedback about performance and you will NOT get any bonuses or RVUs. My pay was messed up several times which is ridiculous. You will go broke working for this “company”
