Often moved around onto different accounts and lots of tight deadlines.

Growing company with some growing pains but a lot of promise

Pros

Seems like they've acquired a few companies over the past few years, so it's been exciting to see that. The acquired companies have been very different to the "original" Envision products and services so I think they're shaping up to be a strong competitor in the med comms industry. Managers do seem genuinely interested in their staff's development, even if that means taking another position within the company.

Cons

Invest in your current employees... I joined Envision because they seemed unique to other agencies I interviewed at. Some of the benefits have become industry-standard and bonuses/increases haven't reflected the growth that's being flaunted.

Best group of people to work for. Great office atmosphere, excellent for new and experiences people coming into the Software Development Industry.

Cons

Not many cons, maybe lack of yearly bonus.

As for your comment regarding bonuses, 2020 was an unknown time for all business, including EPG. This year we look to resume normal business operations.
