Great benefits package. Especially the quite generous PTO allowance. Nice people. Tight knit small company. Love working here.

Salary is a little below market

Only agency I'm aware of that provides stock options. Work is interesting but too much of it.

pay is below industry standard and under resourced. lack of transparentcy from management
