We have a big focus on career advancement and have now made our ECP planning (goal/career planning) mandatory for all employees and hiring managers, which can help us work with employees to get them where they want to be in the company. Pros

I really enjoy my time at Envision. My interview was a nice and smooth conversation and didn't feel like an interview at all. My team is wonderful. They're all very kind, friendly, and inviting. I'm learning so much from this company and my team. They have a robust training program and my team is always willing to take the time to answer any questions. I can't say enough great things about this company so far, and I can't wait to grow with this company.

Cons

At first, I felt like they were just throwing me into everything but I reminded myself that it is a job and you're going to have to learn how to navigate simple tasks on your own. They have plenty of training, which I couldn't be more thankful for. I personally don't like being handheld through every single little step. I have no cons at this moment.
