      Pros

      Great support during my internal transition from Operations to Finance, from my former Operations team and on going from the Talent Acquisition team, HR and my current team in Finance. Great company values, and benefits/incentives for all employees, including a recognition scheme. The company also offer flexible working framework, and encourage a suitable work-life balance.

      Cons

      As a hybrid worker I prefer to spread my working hours between wfh and working into the office. The office is quiet more often than not (10% capacity), which can be pretty boring when coming in.
