      Pros

      Profitable business outlook. Free beverages and snacks in the kitchen. Very modern and upscale corporate office. Overall friendly people working there.

      Cons

      -Systems that don’t meet the business need -Management that is disconnected from the processes beneath them -Limited IT support to really improve the systems -The combination of the above create chaotic and stressful processes and situations where you have to work weekends to meet basic responsibilities.

      - most middle level employees are collaborative - compensation is decent - snacks and food are provided

      Cons

      - Divisive Finance and Accounting leadership - Lack of integrity, dishonest management and leadership both in delivery of work product and treatment of employees. - Disregard for staff health during pandemic (pressure to work from office at height of COVID pre vaccines)

      No respect for people from the executives, unrealistic expectations creating nonexistent work/life balance, no desire to leverage technology to improve work flow, poor communication on company goals, very cut-throat type of environment
