management and nobody has your back when you need it most. They do not manage and have no care, but for going home at 3 p.m. every day, and if anything happens around the plan,t they do not care. They will railroad you, and they will only take one side in matters involving personnel. If you want a company that has 0 percent of your intrest in heart and will tell you this, then this is the company for you. You get paid okay, but you have to jump through hoops to get there, and you have to deal with anything that happens in the job that isn't your fault, which will still be your fault, and the correction of the problem will never happen
