Great coworkers with Metro accessible head quarters centrally located just outside of Washington DC in Bethesda Maryland. Interesting products and solutions

Cons

Management is not focused on anything but the share proice of the company and the shareholders. Employees are treated like second class citizens. you are just a dollar figire in their mind. Very little flexibility for work life balance

In the past, there was the opportunity for growth.

Cons

Enviva will be entering a reduction-in-force due to poor planning and a top-heavy org structure. Many individuals have shared concerns with this in the past but nobody was listening. When announcing this layoff, the CEO said he was "excited" for what it would do for the company. Then he interrupted questions and said everyone needed to get back to work. This lack of concern for employee welfare is concerning. There is already no work life balance in this company - I can only imagine what the future looks like.
