      The good and the bad are all mostly true

      Pros

      Above average pay Above average benefits They really do put safety first, and even a plant manager involved in an unsafe act has been fired.

      Cons

      The culture they promote is not the one they live. Many departments are falling apart and there is no move to improve the situation. HR, Operations, IT and Accounting all have bad morale and revolving doors. No trust and getting worse.
