      Pros

      I love my job at Epic. I get to work with awesome people. I have a good blend of autonomy and resources, so it's not overwhelming or understimulating. Work-life balance is a big part of the culture, not just lip service.

      Cons

      Health insurance benefits are lower than at other companies, but salary and other benefits can compensate for that.

      Pros

      They care about their employees' well-being. Flexible work schedules. Understanding of and accommodating for personal and family needs. A lot of opportunities to set your career path in the direction you want to go. Annual raises. Great time-off package.

      Cons

      Facilities and IT situation aren't as up-to-date as they should be, but it's improving.

      There was very little I didn't like about this job. I left because of unrelated health reasons.
