Pros

Large in a way that doesn't make job security a worry. Work with many talented people who are specialized in their field. Huge summer break, best benefits I've ever seen, "unlimited" PTO for full-time employees. Access to great tools and equipment.

Cons

Hard to connect on a deeper level with so many people. So many people that it's hard to make an impact, but your work does matter.

None. I feel things have most definitely changed for the better.

Cons

The schedule is very hectic but it's rarely any different in any other video game company
