Pros

- Excellent compensation and benefits - 2 paid weeks off over both Summer and Christmas - Work with some of the best in the industry - People tend to be very professional and polite, happy to share their expertise and passion

Cons

- Over reliance on Fortnite/Metaverse - Lots of reshuffling, departments changing, leads changing etc - this hurts stability

Pros

- many moon shot projects - some of the best people in the industry - user focused - makes new markets

Cons

- company has become a _big ship_ that is hard to turn - fiefdoms within the company can make buy-in challenging - resting a bit on its laurels
