- Money (salary + bonus + stock options) - Lots of vacation - Nice products - Great benefits (hardware, travels, swags)

Cons

- Work a lot (10h+/day) - Communication sucks - all slack-based, information does not follow the hierarchy - Wonder how we will get more income in the future with Fortnite's decline - Lack of finances transparency - Lack of HR and Legal transparency

Chief People Officer doesn’t believe in work life balance and thinks the cost of living crisis is irrelevant. Managers are poor Awful company comms DEI is an afterthought.
