Pros

The company as a whole takes care of you, good benefits, they are doing amazing things with the engine and game.

Cons

Favoritism is definitely a thing here. Anything you say that management doesn't like could get you let go instantly. Very reactionary to gaming news and events, doesn't plan in advance, always crunching.
