Do incredible things, often at massive scale. Work with highly skilled people. Great pay, perks and support

Cons

Poor diversity in tech roles. Some org chaos. Heavy legal burden for employees, need to avoid leaks, can't work on outside projects, can't do any development related talks

Pros

- Awesome teams and a lot of transparency within the company. - Company wide events happen regularly. (movie nights, Food parties etc) -Fast paced but relatively low stress environment -Tons of room for career advancement -Food at the HQ is always stocked with healthy and tasty options

Cons

-Decent amount of crunch during certain points in the year -Depending on the building you are in communication can be a little bit harder with teams in another building.
