Pros

The benefits, particularly the health insurance, is second to none

Cons

Leadership is almost entirely made up of toxic and immature man-children with little to no experience outside of this single company. As a result the culture is really bad in a lot of ways. People strive to look good to leaders because of the hero and bonus culture they incentivize. It causes a lot of people not to work as a team. Some leaders are tech-bros and behave in disgusting ways.
