Pros

Good benefits Unlimited PTO (though you'll hardly be able to use them given your deadlines)

Cons

They will work you to death and then some. No consideration for a healthy work-life balance. Unfair and untransparent promotion practices. EXTREMELY difficult to be considered for career path changes (if not impossible). You will not get what you deserve at Epic.
