Pros

Amazing Neiman Marcus level health benefits. Occasional free swag. People, most non management great to work with. Pto.

Cons

Massive Layoffs without warning ⚠️, and now stuck without Healthcare when I needed it most. No life insurance now. Upper management has no clue what makes Epic run properly, detached from the real world.

Pros

The talent at Epic are some of the best and brightest in the field. Incredible levels of camaraderie, collaboration, and ability to get things done. Highly dynamic work, ability to engage with the community and feel like you're actually making a difference. Great healthcare, benefits are generally generous.

Cons

Sweeping layoffs. An engineer-centric development culture that makes decisions that are often divorced from the reality of Fornite users A culture of fear and reluctance to challenge the CEO Tim Sweeney. A clear lack of lessons learned from the 2023 layoffs. Room for career growth is extremely stunted under the current system.
