More good than bad

Pros

Exceptional benefits. Interesting projects. Despite layoffs surprisingly good job security. Recent focus on improving development process.

Cons

Senior leadership graded heavily on managing up versus doing their job. Wildly inconsistent performance and promotion criteria. Compensation is average. Lots of mediocre performers fill in the ranks, and they are at all levels.

Pros

Worked on several games up to and including Fortnite. Benefits great. Most coworkers also great.

Cons

I bounced around teams nearly my entire time at the company.

Pros

Good benefits. Sometimes good work-life balance. Talented coworkers.

Cons

Company grew too fast. Management is top-down and doesn't have a consistent direction.
