Pros

- One the best company benefits I've ever experienced - Great, absurdly intelligent and talented people - Salary is great

Cons

- Teams work in silos, resulting in them creating different processes, using different tools, and overall bad communication and understanding of the overall vision of the company.

Epic Fail. Burnout Nation.

Pros

Healthcare was great and made it impossible to leave, especially if you have a family.

Cons

Leadership is an absolute disaster. Boasting that they operate like a start up is a trap... what they really mean is they refuse to implement processes, continue to promote inexperienced workers into executive positions, and expect you to have your computer/phone on you at all times. There is no work-life balance. The company leaders don't know what they want or how to execute Tim's vision which leads to 99.9% of the employees to be burnt out from lack of direction and endless amount of rework
