Pros

Unlimited PTO, fully remote, flexible work hours, inclusive company culture, multiple ongoing projects with the opportunity to move between them.

Cons

A very large company that is continuing to grow, so you'll feel pretty small in being able to shift company policies surrounding issues that you care about.

Pros

Great culture, benefits, atmosphere, and coworkers

Cons

There was a period where the company hired a bunch of corporate non-technical/gaming people for leadership roles and they twisted the company and CEOs beliefs to suit their own needs. They slowly brought the department I was in into a corporate environment and got rid of anyone who didn't fall in line with their beliefs despite being new to company and the culture.

Pros

Thoughtful benefits/perks for employee and family, part of something bigger than yourself, collaborative culture, everyone striving to “do the right thing”

Cons

Lack of process in a lot of areas, operates like a start up (good or bad)
