Pros

The people are awesome and the company culture encourages working as a team. The salary, benefits and bonuses are fantastic.

Cons

Can be a bit fragmented and tricky finding the right people to help if you are working on functionality from another part of the Engine. The products (UE, Fortnite) are huge which can make working practices a bit frustrating.

Pros

Medical insurance social pay not bad pay

Cons

That you have to use the Epic Game Store which has hardly any features, privacy issues, and China issues.
