OK place to work, but typical in many ways of a mediocre company.

Pros

Good people working on the basic development, and a popular set of tools to work with. Several good mid-level managers as well.

Cons

The physical environment left a lot to be desired. Developers were literally moved from the top floor to make room for the more important employees. Work was done on single monitor.

Pros

Positive company culture. Opportunity to learn new technology. Easily change positions/teams when you need a change.

Cons

Owned by private equity firm, so they are always being sold. This company has changed hands 3 times in past 10-years. Outsourcing tech jobs to Mexico to save $$$.
