      Far too much turnover at the top levels leave the company constantly finding new direction

      Competitive benefits package Generous paid time off allowances Friendly people

      Cons

      Base salaries trend lower. Very little offered in the way of training. Difficult to be noticed and gain any upward mobility if working in one of the branch offices. Constant turnover at the top levels lead to new 'strategies' and directions every two year or so that have become hard to take seriously.

      Young, energetic work force, job looks great on a resume, good place to earn sales experience

      Cons

      Turn & burn atmosphere, you are essentially a telemarketer and pester many people that have been previously called by the company every 3 months for years and years
