Pros

Great company to work for. Nice environment. Great training and support.

Cons

Working outsourcing kind of sucks by nature. There’s no one at the law firm that needs to have your back, insists that you be treated with respect.

Pros

I’ve never been surprised by the integrity of my teammates; they consistently uphold high standards. The company attracts and retains truly talented, supportive, and inspiring people. Teamwork is natural here with less opportunities. .Positive environment: The atmosphere is motivating, respectful, and energizing. Surrounded by such capable colleagues, learning and development happen organically every day.

Cons

Work from home: Remote work is strongly preferable, especially during this season, as it avoids traffic jams and long commutes. Reduced congestion: No need to deal with crowded cabs or the constant chatter of fellow passengers. Better focus: Working from home allows for a quieter environment and more productivity. Flexibility: Remote options provide balance and comfort compared to office travel.
