Opportunities for advancement. Teachers with degrees are compensated nicely. Paid Holidays

Cons

Lack of support from upper management. Teachers opinions do not matter. Teacher appreciation week shows you the company could care less about the teachers. Summer week off with no pay. Teacher PTO
