Pros

Free food and it will make you VERY appreciative of your next job.

Cons

First off, they just wrote below me about 5 reviews on May 12th. What are the chances that that many people reviewed them on May 12th? Those are obviously fake reviews which should show you how ethical this company is. I actually did well at Epitec and got placements. I even got one when I was training.. It was pretty unfortunate that the person who was training us actually made the commission on it. They have you "fake source" while training and then they (management) uses the candidates you round up for real jobs and they make commission on them when you could use those candidates when you get out of training on your positions. They pull you in with all of these glamorous trips and prizes but you will notice the same 5 people win (these are the people making commission on your candidates). You will make friends here and then they will walk them out in front of the entire office when they aren't making numbers by the third week and then management will laugh about it. They micromanage you the entire time by sitting behind you (literally in your cubicle) to monitor your performance or if you want to call and screen a candidate, they go sit in the room with you and listen to the call. As for contractors, do NOT contract with this company.. Go somewhere where you are valued and can make a career in your role and not a quick contract. This is not a fun working environment, the drinking and high school atmosphere gets old and even if you do well you will eventually want to get out and enter the "real world" and land a job where you can make good money with the education you worked hard for. My advice is go work for a company where you aren't afraid to put pictures on your desk in fear you will be packing them up next week.

Pros

They are fair with their employees. Benefits are good and time with the company is recongnized.

Cons

A little more interactions with the company representitive. The company used to share the performance review with their employees. This is benificial because it gives an indication of the client's opinion of the work you are doing..

Pros

Epitec is a great place to work (notice how I said work, not play time, not college frat parties, and certainly not a place where your parents will be there to hold your hand throughout the day). If you work hard, you will be compensated. If you put in an honest effort by utilizing your time wisely, asking questions, and not being afraid to be on the phone, then there is no reason you shouldn't be successful at Epitec. The company is filled with some really great people, from recruiters to management to our employees out in the field. Everyone is extremely friendly and we also have fun outside of the office, whether it's through golf outings, bowling league, or other company events. As far as compensation, it is a reasonable and competitive base salary with the potential to earn bonuses, commission, and incentives (the sky is the limit based on how hard you work).

Cons

Like I stated previously, this is work and recruiting is not for everyone. Please be open-minded to the fact that no one goes to school to be a recruiter and if you aren't putting in an honest effort, then this most likely won't be suitable for you.
