      Epitec - A Growing Company That Keeps On Growing

      Pros

      Epitec provides opportunities to those employees who are willing to work hard. If an employee if looking for additional responsibilities and if you talk to your manager, more than likely you will get more responsibilities. Epitec is growing their customer base, which means new and exciting customers to serve. This company is heading in a very exciting direction and I am happy to be a part of the team!!

      Cons

      Some reviews say there is a high turnover – which is not the case. The Recruiting / the staffing industry is not always the best fit some everyone, which Epitec understands. If an individual leaves, it very well could be because this was not the best fit for them.

      Great Entry Level Position

      Pros

      This is a great place to start a career. The best part is the people you work with. Everyone is young and most are right out of college. You can make some great friends here. Also, tons of corporate events. Happy hours, team outings, catered meals. Seems like there is something every week. The hours are great too. You can put in as much work as you want and expected to be compensated accordingly. The commission and other bonus are very fair as well. The starting salary is a little low but you can work for your money and make a lot in bonuses

      There is a high turnover rate but that is to be expected with hiring entry level people. Starting salary could be a little higher

      Pros

      This is a great place to get experience in a corporate environment. Coming straight out of college, I had no idea what working in an office would be like. I am very thankful to have this job and I've enjoyed working with wonderful people.

      Cons

      Recruiting is stressful, but that's the nature of the industry. I think there's stress in every job. Grass is not always greener on the other side.
