Pros

Epitec is a hot, growing company with a lot to offer. The hard working recruiters will find themselves advancing into other roles that fit them. Epitec offers great incentives, team building activities, clear cut goals and a management team with a strong open door policy. Hard work definitely pays off at Epitec in the form of commission, incentives and advancement. Work stations are the best in class, I have not seen other recruiting firms with such a great office space.

Cons

Several reviews note that the turnover is high. The truth of the matter is that Epitec is looking for the best of the best, the hard workers with strong drive to do well, and the employees that are motivated by success and compensation. If you are willing to come in with a positive attitude and strong desire to do well, you will do great at Epitec.

Pros

I worked at Epitec for about 5 Months as a recruiter - you're given free lunch during training, you receive sound training on how to become a successful recruiter and upper management seems very reachable initially.

Cons

There is no job security - you can have a great week, and if you have two days where things are going slow, you will be asked "Do you like your job" - the environment has a clannish/clique vibe, if you don't fall into a certain socio-economic area you're judged, and your not compensated well to even fit into this mold. You will be told you're doing well and you can be let go, because you're not a good fit. When you talk to upper management about advancement they'll deflect you from it, and tell you to focus on your numbers. It isn't a pleasant place to work - no matter how long people have been employed there - everyone is nervous about there job even if you're performing well. Please proceed with caution - if you're a consultant you'll have a great experience as a recruiter not so much

Pros

Epitec has great incentives for recruiters. They offer a great commission structure, a fair salary, and great bonuses. Great company culture by offering "swag." Lots of opportunity for advancement.

Cons

There is some turnover within the company which could change. Other recruiters seem to be intimidated for little or no reason.
