Pros

Epitec is very protective of its culture and quality, which I appreciate very much! This is a great place to work if you believe that hard work pays off! :) I personally have put in the late nights and occasional weekends when it wasn't asked of me and who did it benefit?... ME! I placed those hard to find, hard to reach candidates and earned the commissions. To this day I can still say that I make more $$ than my friends. My hard work has paid off for me in promotions, vacations, and compensation all provided by Epitec. If management has a concern about your performance and/or attitude, there will be meetings set up with you to help create an action plan to get you back on track.

Cons

This is not a place for people whose desk chairs are spinning every day at 4:58PM. If you are a slacker, then this is not the place for you. I will admit that recruiting is not for everyone. Some people just weren't meant for positions that require a telephone and communication. Also, even if you are an amazing Recruiter, if you have a bad attitude, this is not the place for you.

Pros

Epitec is a great place to work (notice how I said work, not play time, not college frat parties, and certainly not a place where your parents will be there to hold your hand throughout the day). If you work hard, you will be compensated. If you put in an honest effort by utilizing your time wisely, asking questions, and not being afraid to be on the phone, then there is no reason you shouldn't be successful at Epitec. The company is filled with some really great people, from recruiters to management to our employees out in the field. Everyone is extremely friendly and we also have fun outside of the office, whether it's through golf outings, bowling league, or other company events. As far as compensation, it is a reasonable and competitive base salary with the potential to earn bonuses, commission, and incentives (the sky is the limit based on how hard you work).

Cons

Like I stated previously, this is work and recruiting is not for everyone. Please be open-minded to the fact that no one goes to school to be a recruiter and if you aren't putting in an honest effort, then this most likely won't be suitable for you.

Pros

The office is very new, fresh, and technology is always up to date. Very cool phone system, Dual monitors and large desk space all make the office very high-end. There is plenty of opportunity for growth if you are willing to give it time and effort. You get out what you put in. Very cool incentives rewarding recruiters and sales people who meet thier goals with items such as tablets, ipod's, gift cards and vacations.

Cons

For those that don't work well under pressure, or do well having weekly, monthly and yearly goals, this will be a tough environment for you. Lots of other staffing competition in the area all competing for business with the same local customers can make this a very challenging job.
