      Great Industry experience and that's all.

      Cons

      They will sue you if you decide to leave even if you're not in recruiting. Mark Ruma is the scum of the earth - I wasn't fired either. I quit - they make most of their income by suing but as of today the FTC is banning Non-Compete agreements, good luck targeting recent graduates.

      Good coworkers and team environment. Remote work

      Cons

      They have unrealistic goals in place. The jobs we have to hire for are so low in pay that no one wants them. In turn my goals aren’t hit.
