      Pros

      Excellent trainers for virtual trainings and awesome clients to support. Work life balance is fairly decent compared to other companies.

      Cons

      No growth opportunities for those that want to stay a recruiter and, there is a lot of favoritism. Worked with some great account managers and team managers because I got VERY lucky. I heard some other teams are very toxic, belittle, and micro-manage.
