      Pros

      Leadership is open to ideas and willing to adjust when necessary. Everyone is approachable and friendly. Rewarding environment, if you put in the effort it will pay off. There are endless opportunities and upward mobility here. You get to work with top notch clients and learn a ton. Flexible work hours and nice office. Becoming more accepting of remote work.

      Cons

      It can be stressful but that’s the nature of the industry. Health insurance is not good. You have to play the game. There are many unspoken rules and new employees may not realize this.

      Pros

      I have been working at Epitec full time for a year and a half. Epitec has great company culture and cares about their corporate and field employees. They are always changing and evolving to truly place their employees first, which is a great feeling. The hours are also excellent! They are always willing to help their employees grow. It is also really awesome to make an impact in peoples lives!

      Cons

      Industry changes and the ups and downs that come with that.

      Pros

      Everyone there is extremely friendly, there wasn’t a single person there that I disliked, PMA af. Epitec has a fun company culture and is very rewarding if you work hard, there are tons of incentives and often short cookie and beer breaks. They hired me with little experience and mentored and trained me to be successful.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is when the second microwave broke. For a week trying to use that one microwave was a micro-wait.
