Pros

The company gives a lot of opportunities to grow and this is a great thing. Much like with everything, you need to put it time and should be willing to grow. I see a lot of employees wanting to grow but not putting the work. The company cannot help you if you don't do your part. Very collaborative environment specially in operations. Great people to work with company wide.

Cons

You will be put in situations where you are uncomfortable but not without help so you can experience new things. This is a con depending on what type of person you are. It's neither good nor bad in my opinion.

Thank you for your review. There have been a lot of changes in 2018. A new Level 1 Support team has been created and duties normally completed by Finance, IT, and HR have moved to this team. We are in the process of documenting the new operational organizational chart, generating job descriptions for each position on the team, and documenting Tasks in an Accountability chart for each position. This should become much clearer in the coming weeks.
