Pros
Great environement, a lot of oppertunites to make incentives (prizes/cash), paid holidays, vacation, medical. Monday thru Friday day job with making yourself available to candidate outside office hours. Experienece gained with IT/egineering, HR, recruitment, meeting with clients, social skills etc. Great place to gain experience and start a career. If doesn't work at least you know how to build a resume.
Cons
Medical is expensive coverage is not the greates esp if you have a family. Afforable if you are single( no kids) coverage works great for you. Job can be pretty repetive and you may have a streak of bad luck. You have to handle the heat because you yourself are responsible to hit your own goals. If not hitting markers than you will have the stress of losing your job. Epitec does promise everything as long as you hitting your goals. This job can be tough for some and turn over is high. Constant anxiety of losing job if not making placements.
