Pros

Incentivies are good. Not many pros to this place, maybe a good college job....maybe.

Cons

Lots of micromanaging, false impressions and doesn't really care about employees. You're just a number. $$

Pros

I made at least one good friend from this place that no longer works there, but we still keep in touch. Other than that, nothing.

Cons

Everything. A nightmare to work there. There is a lot of favoritism involved and the turn over is ridiculous. I've experience people being fired after a week of being there for no good reason. If you're looking for a job just to make some pocket cash, then this is the place for you.

Our people are the sharpest, most capable, driven employees in the industry. According to the most recent available data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the expected tenure of the workforce’s youngest employees is less than 3 years. In fact, resumes today are filled with 1-2 year stints. A large portion of our current recruiters and prospective recruiters are Millennials. Ninety-one percent of Millennials (born between 1977-1997) expect to stay in a job for less than three years, according to the Future Workplace “Multiple Generations @ Work” survey of 1,189 employees and 150 managers. That means they would have 15 – 20 jobs over the course of their working lives. The time spent at each job is getting shorter and shorter. Employees are challenged to get the most out of their employer. Employers are challenged to get the most out of their employees. It takes work to make it work.

Pros

Cannot think of anything except free coffee.

Cons

The environment, lack of professional management, they fire people every week right before their bonus is to be paid out. Might not even get your last paycheck. Good luck if you have excepted am offer here.
