Pros
Staffing is not for everyone, it is sales and there are a lot of highs and lows and a lot of things that can happen outside of your control. What I love about Epitec is that we are a process oriented company and having those processes in place does help mitigate a lot of those things that can be outside of your control. Epitec is a training organization and we are always providing training in various forms to our employees. Epitec is always looking for ways to improve and adapt to and overcome challenges; so with that there is always room for growth and new challenges. We joke about moving into different cubes a lot but I love the flexibility and the fact that we are not afraid to try new things.
