Pros

Good work-life balance in the job. The building is great and there are some pretty amazing perks including Flexible Time Off, remote work stations and flexible hours.

Cons

Some pretty major red tape when dealing with promotions and raises. They are currently switching their management hierarchy (for the better), but it was a rough year previously with a fair amount of turnover.
